I spent my Easter holidays in a charming hotel that exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and they provided a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main attractions. , the beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless.
During my stay, there was a noisy construction site nearby that disturbed my sleep. the main street where the hotel is located was quite chaotic and crowded, which made it hard to enjoy a peaceful walk.

Hotel is ideally located in the very centre of the city making it easy to walk to all attractions around town. The staff is friendly and helpful fulfilling all that yoi may ask or need.
Upon arriving at the hotel -a late check in around 10pm- we discovered that the rooms that I specifically booked are already taken. I had asked for rooms that are facing the front side of the hotel. The rooms at the back side are rather small -usually one side of a double bed faces the wall and the windows are tiny or there is none. The hotel also hosts a night club on the basement which is open on Fridays and Saturday nights until 3am which makes it impossible to sleep.I literally called the police around 1pm but without any success to cut down the noise since the venue is licensed to be open until 3am. I would suggest that you look into other options if you are visiting on weekends.

I arranged a trip for a documentary film crew, and they stayed here one night and each of the seven people on the trip just loved it. It is a wonderful hotel! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was very nice. It was continental but really had a lot of cheeses and rolls to choose from plus fresh fruit, olives, cereal and omlettes . The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean.
size of room - exceedingly small, smoke in hall.. This is not for a handicapped person because although there is an elevator you have to go up at least 5 steps to get into the hotel.

The staff were wonderful at the Liwan Hotel. After driving our rental car from Cappadocia, we were not certain where the hotel was located (our map was not detailed enough). However, they gave us excellent directions to the cross street of the hotel, and then told us that they would meet us to direct us the rest of the way because of construction. We were warmly welcomed, and the service could not have been better. This hotel is strongly recommended.

Great design, both for the room and the hotel as a whole. I love what they have done when renovating this building! A great mix of old and new. Good location.
